Low E won’t tune

All the strings tune, properly, on the app, except for the Lowey. It is way, way off, and the meter jumps from low to high, regardless of upper down on the tuning peg.

G2 string is tuned ( according tuning device,) but roadie app has problems detecting it as such. What can i do? I feel like this is also the reason why g- chord is usually not detected. this limits my enjoyment with the app significantly 😰

After calibrating the mike the chords get detected better. The tuning still is a hit and miss though.
