Android not picking up various chords

Android coach app is having trouble picking up some chords in the song levels, including 7th chords

This is not a too quiet a strum issue either, as every other note is resounding. I'm using a Samsung S21 FE. Hopefully, these teething issues will be sorted! Then you can reward me my rightful 3 stars.

I have found that I have to use a very heavy Guage pick amd really have beat the strings hard to get it to register seventh chords it seems fine with open chords but I have started only using Barre chords to get 100% accurate ratings

Correct I have android and ios I tried to test it on iPhone but it wanted me to start a new account if there was a way to save progress and login on an account that would be an awesome feature
